Such resources will normally be public. We may also refer to official commercial professional resources. This allows PSI specialists to get in touch with potential investigators. PSI would need to do eligibility assessment and record the results of such assessment into our database. This database will not be available outside of PSI.

The applicable law may require PSI to disclose some of your data to the auditors and competent regulatory authorities. In this case, we will have to do so. When we use personal data to improve our internal processes, we may need to engage professional service providers who will be bound by the obligations to comply with all applicable laws and PSI’s instructions.

PSI makes reasonable efforts to ensure that these PSI staff and external recipients, regardless of their location, commit to protect your personal information. Such efforts include technical and organizational measures, as well as certain contractual protections to safeguard your data. You can ask PSI to tell you more about these safeguards, including a review of any applicable protective measures.
